RACISM AT WORK

Based on responses from the anonymous survey ‘Have you ever experienced Racism at Work’ we created a campaign to show the industry what is actually happening to black people at their place of work. We challenge viewers to ‘Spot the Joke’ by framing racist experiences at work as actual jokes, highlighting just how unfunny scenarios which are brushed off as ‘just banter’ or ‘not that serious’ really are.

The ‘Jokes’ will be circulated across Twitter and Linkedin during Black History Month 2020.
