About Me

I'm Leila, a multidisciplinary creative, passionate about crafting experiences at the intersections of culture, arts, technology and data. Approaching everything with a degree of curiosity, I've become a sponge, so that I can be the plug.

I’m excited by projects that explore new narratives, spark impactful social change and engage contemporary culture, taking a snapshot for a time capsule of society. I love exploring connections between seemingly unrelated topics to solve problems and create something memorable.

My most recent experience at Amplify is where I specialised as an experiential creative, honing my skills in concept development, worldbuilding, copy and brand storytelling through experiential and audience-focused engagement. During my time there, I worked closely with leading brands like Campari, Klarna, Pinterest and Google on a variety of projects and I became a go-to for visual identity development through the strategic curation of image references to shape brand aesthetics.

I am inspired by a range of different things…including music videos, retro tech, theatre set design and gallery bookstores. I'm drawn to the artistry of visual storytelling in world-building in film and TV and partial to a good montage scene and flashback episode. Aside from a creative - I hold a few other titles -  trusted aux operator, Reddit rabbit hole adventurer, culinary explorer and concert karaoke queen.
